• P&L Responsibility for MSP, RPO, and Vendor-on-Premise accounts

• Negotiated, Designed, Implemented and Managed a 10,000 employee employer-of-record program including implementation, on-boarding, time collection, payroll, billing, and account management

• Set strategy, designed, implemented and supervised 45 employees with 5 direct reports as operations manager across three contingent payroll / billing service centers

• Set strategy, designed, implemented and supervised up to 40 recruiters in a centralized recruitment organization

• Supported sales teams as “technical subject matter expert” during high level sales presentations

Cost Savings and Innovation
 

• Developed and implemented new vacation and holiday programs resulting in cost reductions of over twenty percent.

• Led the selection, process design and implementation of a Web/IVR based scheduling system processing the automated scheduling of over 31,000 assignments per month

• Selected and implemented two pay card programs resulting in a 50+% electronic pay participation rate

• Developed and implemented a Days Sales Outstanding reduction plan to reduce DSO by eight days in twelve months, resulting in a significant improvement to cash flow 

• Consulted and developed process efficiency plans for payroll/billing operations in the United Kingdom and The Netherlands

• Developed customer reporting systems, designed to supply labor management statistics, financial reports and service quality metrics

Project Management / ERP Systems & Implementation / Information Technology

• Implementation of Recruiting Solutions and Position Management Modules for PeopleSoft, & Billable Expense and Time & Attendance for PeopleSoft Financiala.

• Business program director appointed to design and implement PeopleSoft HRMS, Financials, G/L, Fixed Assets, EPM, and ESA

• Project lead on a multi-million dollar project, charged with redesigning all business processes, developing system requirements and overseeing development of a PeopleSoft payroll and Oracle billing implementation.

• Business program director overseeing the development, testing, conversion, and deployment of a front office application to over 1,300 branch offices

• One of a six-member project team appointed to analyze and select an enterprise-wide payroll and billing system for an 80,000 contingent employee workforce

• Conceived, designed and implemented an interactive voice response system to collect hours from all employees utilizing individual time sheets, resulting in significant headcount reductions in the company’s business service centers due to the reduction of manual keying

• Launched the company’s e-commerce discovery process and developed e-commerce strategies

Shared Services / Business Process Re-engineering / Training Program Design

• Established regional payroll/billing centers by consolidating multiple payroll/billing operations. This model became the “blueprint” of the company’s business (shared services) service centers

• Developed and implemented standard policies and procedures across all regional payroll/billing centers, which resulted in increased customer satisfaction

• Developed and facilitated payroll training for the entire organization to ensure a successful PeopleSoft payroll rollout

• Conducted various business process reviews and initiated tactical plans to address billing, reporting and service issues
